Webinar: Data Analysis and Predictive Maintenance with MATLAB and Simulink
Data Science Across Disciplines 12:30 – 14:00 Monday 26 July 2021 Register here This webinar was on the general workflow of predictive maintenance models
UJ Institute for the Future of Knowledge
Message from the organizers
The theme of the workshop is the impact that Machine Learning tools, technologies, and algorithms, can have on the various social, economic, and technical hurdles we face daily. This workshop is hosted by the following entities from the University of Johannesburg:
• Data Science Across Disciplines (DSAD) Research Group, Institute for the Future of Knowledge)
• Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment
• Faculty of Science
Please take note that no prior knowledge is required, and beginners are welcome! Aside from theoretical engagement with the material, hands on training will also be provided. You will be exposed to MATLAB and Python, both of which are important programming languages in the fields of Machine Learning and Data Science. You are not required to be an expert programmer, since the aim of the workshop is to assist you in developing and understanding of relevant topics and how these tools can assist you in tackling a project in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI
